01Delete from the app
The fastest way is right inside Klank:
- Open Klank and go to your Profile.
- Open your account settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent. Your ranks, history and videos can't be recovered afterward. If you want a copy of your data first, request it through our contact form before deleting.
02What gets deleted
- Your account, username and profile
- Synced workouts, lifts, ranks, scores, XP, streaks and trophies
- Lift videos and their captions, plus your likes, comments, Spots and community votes
- Your friends list, Callouts, league entries and direct messages
- Your positions on every leaderboard
03What isn’t deleted automatically
- Your Klank Pro subscription. Apple bills it, so cancel it separately in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
- Data saved on your iPhone. Workouts logged on the device stay there until you delete the Klank app.
- Things you've already shared outside Klank. Share cards or links you posted to other apps, and screenshots other people took, are outside our control.
- Limited safety records. We may keep records of reports or bans where needed to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.
04How long it takes
Your account is removed from Klank right away. Videos are purged from storage by our scheduled cleanup, and residual copies in backups are overwritten within about 30 days.
You can also stop Klank from using Sign in with Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple, choose Klank, and tap Stop Using Apple ID.
05Can’t open the app?
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, use our contact form and choose Delete my account. Include your Klank username and the email linked to your Apple ID. We'll verify the request belongs to you and confirm once it's done.
